Landlord Membership
Are you a Rental Property Owner in upstate New York? We have members with properties in 11 different upstate counties. However, membership is open to any landlord with property in NYS.
This Association provides valuable tools for residential rental landlords. Your membership includes a password protected login to an online library of documents with forms and links to relevant content, also the ability to ask real-time questions and utilize each other for tenant references. You will also be eligible for discounts from participating Vendors and Service Providers, aka Associate Members.
We are a non-profit 501 (C)6 membership organization. Members get one vote per membership on Association issues and are welcome to participate on the Association Board of Directors. We want to hear your voice on issues of importance to the organization and to landlords everywhere. This way, we become the collective voice of responsible NY rental property owners.

Annual fees are $119 per rolling 12-month membership.
