• 6:30pm - 6:45pm Association Business - Board Elections, Treasurer's Report, Admin Report

• 6:45pm - 7:00pm Legislative Update w/ Kayla Thorp 

• 7:00pm - 8:00pm Tax Planning With Brenda Redding. Cost Segregation (strategic tax planning tool for real estate investors that involves identifying and reclassifying building components for faster depreciation) and 1031 Strategies (Like kind property exchanges under IRS Code 1031 that can defer capital gains)
